What is our policy regarding the provision of product samples?
Samples will be provided on free of cost basis for approval, only after receipt of buyers purchase order and advance payment against buyer's inquiry and our Quotation.

What payment options do we provide to our customers?
All payments should be made in US Dollars or Euros preferred payment terms are as under

Advance T/T against Proforma Invoice, Money transfer through Bank.

What machinery do we use at our manufacturing facilities?
We possess well-equipped modern manufacturing facilities with Button hole machine, Button stitch machine, Plain stitch machine, Over lock file thread, Zigzag machine, Flat machine, Piping machine, Steam press etc.

What quality tests do we perform on uniforms manufactured by us?
Our range of uniforms undergoes performance check like Initial production Inspection (IPI), During production Inspection (DPI), Final random Inspection (FRI) etc.

What types of inspection our uniforms get?
MISBAH GARMENTS uniforms are inspected right from incoming raw material, while in process, final inspection sampling performance and packing.

How do we proceed with product designing and prototyping?
We use state-of-the-art computer designing facilities for designing & prototyping.

Do we sell directly or through distributors?
We sell our products directly as well as through distributors, as per the distributors Agreement.

What are the Minimum Orders / Samples we undertake?
Please consult us with your minimum quantity requirements.

What are the Shipping terms we offer?
A. Shipments will be by Air Freight/Sea Freight/Courier on "Freight to pay Basis". If any other options are preferred, please contact us.
